Refund Policy for Donations Made to Christian Missions Charitable Trust (CMCT)

Thank you for supporting Christian Missions Charitable Trust (CMCT) through your generous donation. Your contribution plays a vital role in enabling us to carry out our mission of serving vulnerable communities and individuals in need. As an organization dedicated to transparency and accountability, we want to clarify our refund policy regarding online donations.

Refund Eligibility:
  • CMCT will only consider refund requests for donations made online.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.
  • Refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of CMCT and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Donation Purpose:
  • Donations made online to CMCT are allocated to specific funds, including but not limited to Medical Fund, Educational Fund, Child Development Fund, Elderly Care Fund, and Women Empowerment Fund.
  • Refund requests will be considered based on the purpose of the donation and the feasibility of reallocating funds.
Refund Process:
  • To request a refund, donors must contact CMCT through our official communication channels, providing details of the donation, including the donation date, amount, and purpose.
  • CMCT will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may require additional information or documentation to process the request.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Unallocated Funds:
  • In some cases, donations may not have been allocated to specific projects or initiatives at the time of the refund request.
  • CMCT reserves the right to reallocate unallocated funds to other charitable purposes or initiatives within our organization, in alignment with our mission and values.
Transparency and Communication:
  • CMCT is committed to maintaining transparency throughout the refund process.
  • Donors will be informed of the status of their refund request and any decisions made by CMCT regarding the refund eligibility.
Non-Refundable Contributions:
  • Donations made through fundraising events, campaigns, or other non-online platforms may not be eligible for refunds.
  • Contributions designated as non-refundable by CMCT or made explicitly for specific purposes that cannot be refunded will not be considered for refund requests.
