Bethany Home, Padappai, is 24-hour care home for the destitute and elderly people who are neglected. The inmates are from various communities of the State. They are given 24/7 respite care with assistance. On alternative weeks, medical camps are organised to monitor their general, dental, and orthopaedic ailments. This medical camp is open to the public also. On this farm, there are fruit trees, including coconut, banana, guava and mango trees. The rice, peanuts and vegetables harvested are used in the hostel kitchen.

A building has also been constructed and it houses a chapel, a dining room, a kitchen and toilets. There are four large dormitories and smaller rooms for leaders and speakers.
