The latest venture is the Chetpet Development Initiative. It is aimed at offering wholistic support to the immediate neighbourhood and to see that Chetpet is developed into a sustainable developed community. For instance, we provide skill development to young school dropouts in the vicinity of CMCT, besides job-oriented training for women to become successful entrepreneurs in future.
CMCT expanded my horizons. I have been able to increase my skills through training programs for which I was sent. I began my career as a teacher, but CMCT gave me the opportunity to be a designer, a leader, and a mentor to women from difficult backgrounds.
